Program Eligibility: To qualify for a rebate pursuant to this program, you must (a) purchase a qualifying Lincoln Electric welder within the timeframe for the applicable program and (b) be considered an End User. An “End User” is defined as a direct customer of Lincoln Electric or a direct customer of an authorized Lincoln Electric industrial distributor to whom Lincoln Electric offers, sells, furnishes, or delivers to such customer the Product for actual use in the regular and ordinary course of such customer’s business or trade, without right to resell, distribute, sub-distribute, assign or otherwise transfer the Product to any other person or entity and specifically excludes any distributor, sub-distributor or the like and any competitor of Lincoln Electric or its affiliates.

Payment of Incentives: Please allow 3-4 weeks after rebate approval to receive your prepaid Visa rebate via USPS standard mail.  This rebate cannot be combined with any other offers. Payments will only be paid or sent to the individual person or company named on the original invoice for the qualified welder. Individuals may not redeem rebates or receive products on purchases made by or on behalf of the individual’s employer.

Taxes: The funds received as a result of the Money Matters™ program could have a federal, state and/or local tax consequence. Please consult a tax advisor with any questions regarding these payments.

Fraud Warning: Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of documents associated with this promotion including proofs of purchase, cash register receipts, or invoices are prohibited and constitute fraud. Rebate Claim Information: To submit a claim for your rebate, go to www.lincolnrebates.com and click the “submit new welder claim” button. Only one rebate for each qualified product purchased will be eligible. Eligible customers must be individuals or companies and provide a scanned, unaltered copy of proof of purchase which includes an invoice and product serial number. The name on the invoice must match the name on the rebate claim form. Customers unable to scan and upload a copy of their invoice will be provided with a printable fax or mail in cover sheet when you submit your claim online.

If you are unable to register online, please fax or mail your proof of purchase as outlined above.
Note: mailed in proofs of purchase may take an additional 1-2 weeks to process.
